Directed by Hyun Nam Seob, Saving My Hubby takes the audience on a whirlwind adventure through Korea's underworld from the perspective of a housewife with a baby on her back. The versatile Bae Du Na (Take Care of My Cat, The Host) stars in this quirky and entertaining 2002 comedy that serves up laughter and life lessons in equal measure. Geum Soon (Bae Du Na) used to be a volleyball player for the national team, but now she's a young wife and mother, having trouble adjusting to married life. She has to take on the challenge of her life when she receives a threatening call from a loan shark in the middle of the night, who asks for the immediate payment of a tremendous bill in exchange for her husband's (Kim Tae Woo) life! Determined to save her hubby, this plucky housewife ties her baby to her back and heads out on a rescue mission that wreaks havoc in the Korean underworld!
