This was a song done by Larry Verne back in the early 60s. In those days it was taken the way it was ment, a comedy song. Today people may see it in a different way but I put it out as it was ment, a comedy song. I don't see it as making fun of anyone or any group of people, it was based on a sad event in our history and turned around to a comedy song. If there's a problem with it then we should ban all comedians, sitcoms, comedy tv channels, comedy movies and just sit around all day and cry and complain because people are so cruel and mean. IMHO
