This video, Hand In A Box, debuted at the 4th year class play at my medical school on May 2, 2007. It attempts to depict the inherent struggles of being a male medical student on an OB/GYN rotation. Explanation of a few terms: CC3 = Clinical Clerk Year 3 (otherwise known as a 3rd year med student) Colposcopy = A special GYN exam that takes a close look at a woman's cervix to look for any precancerous lesions and is often followed by a biopsy where this long alligator thing takes a chunk of cervix. Trust me, it's bloody and not pretty. AC-5 = Ambulatory Clinic Floor 5, where the OB/GYN resident clinic is located at our hospital.
