this is from mark's very first comedy video. this could easily be his funniest and most imfamous story he's ever told. A few years ago my mom and I looked everywhere for this video, we had every single mark lowry video except this one and it drove us crazy there was one out there we didn't have. We went to every place in town that might have it and nobody did and nobody seemed to be able to order it either. At the time we didn't have a credit card (we were too broke to have a credit card) so we couldn't order it online. We basically thought we were doomed. I sent an e-mail to Mark's website and asked for advice on how I might be able to get a copy of it. I wasn't hinting around for them to send me one, I seriously thought they just may have a suggestion. They e-mailed me back and said they would send me one, I e-mailed back and said thank you very much that was very nice and asked how I should pay for it. They e-mailed me back and said no need to pay. I thought it was so nice.

WARNING - Twisted Humour, Discretion Advised! This video was made by Nick Atkinson and Tony Daly for a Computer Science Multimedia project using Apple iMovie software. We took a very twisted film - Battle Royale - and turned it into a seemingly innocent comedy. The three main styles of cinema we have applied are... - Slapstick Comedy: The primary form of humour throughout the film, featuring Yakety Sax music and wacky sfx - Epic Action Film Style: The 'RUN! IT'S GODZILLA!' part, intended to be more realistic yet over-the-top in terms of sfx - You've Been Framed Style: Featuring Mr Sandman music, with many cuts in time with music and (questionably) appropriate canned laughter We also featured ourselves (and another person later to be edited out for worry of incriminating them) appearing to be watching the film, to give a funny sidetrack to the general viewings. Unfortunately the final quality appears a bit sketchy, so don't watch it fullscreen! The grainy video is mainly due to us having to use a DivX download of the film (the DVD rip we tried to use before had subtitles, and this would have spoiled the mood of the comedy as subtitles would have given different context).
