This is a skit shot at Disney's Hollywood Studios, formerly MGM Studios, as part of a ongoing presentation on the streets of the theme park. The skits are all part of what Disney calls "Streemosphere". Here (the funniest ones in my opinion) are featured Boss Gus Goobleman, Frederick Lewenowski, and Sparky Sparks.
