A deleted scene from series one, episode six, filmed in 1987 (parodying the then-recently broadcast "Trial Of A Time Lord" serial) released for the first time in 2000 as a mini-special on the Comic Relief "Doctor Who: The Curse Of Fatal Death" compilation video. Sadly it won't included on the upcoming "Trial Of A Time Lord" box set, so hopefully we'll instead see it on the French And Saunders Specials DVD that's due out for Christmas. This was the first of two Doctor Who spoofs by Dawn and Jen - the second was recorded in 2007 for the pulled six-episode version of 'A Bucketful Of French And Saunders' (it was in the left over material from the original episodes five and six) and like this, has never aired either.
