This is me doing a quick chest workout, to be honest i'd have you repeat this probably three times in the course of an hour and 20 min workout, grab a weight that you can handle or give you a challenge. What i was pressing first was 100lbs 50 in ea hand now keep in mind this is a conditioning move to make your chest look nice. Cosmetic, then drop the weight to a weight that's easy...and play with it until it becomes difficult then drop and bang out push ups altering your hand position every 5-7 reps as long as it doesn't hurt.
