NBC's Last Comic Standing holds its open call auditions in New York City for season 7 on Sunday, March 21, 2010. But people already had started a line on the sidewalk outside of Gotham Comedy Club at 5 pm Tuesday, March 16. This was the scene at 9:30 pm Thursday, March 18. They still had a solid 60 hours of waiting ahead of them at this point before the auditions would begin. At least they're getting noticed. But is that enough? Well, this is what the scene looked like a few minutes after 1 am Sunday, March 21, 2010, the day of the auditions, on the sidewalk and street outside of Gotham Comedy Club. Auditions begin in the morning. Note: Not all of these people may actually get auditions, mind you, as most of the day is filled with scheduled appointments to audition professional comedians.
